I was selected to participate in the University of Cincinnati’s academic exchange program with Chiba University of Japan where I will be furthering my studies of Industrial Design. I am thrilled to have this opportunity to not only learn more about industrial design from another culture’s perspective, but also to expand my knowledge outside of the United States.

September 25th - February 13th

My school semester will be fully following the academic calendar of Chiba University, which usually runs from the beginning of October to the beginning of February. Due to these circumstances, my co-op term will start from the middle of February to the end of April.

Time Difference

For those living in the EST timezone, Japan is 13 hours ahead, and although this is a bit of a gap, I am happy to work out times to talk or hold interviews that are convenient for U.S. business hours.
